1. Register on the website to create your profile (top left of the webpage).
This will allow you to purchase your membership subscription.

2. Open the menu (top right of the webpage), then select MEMBERSHIP DETAILS.
Choose the appropriate membership and pay the season fee.

3. Once your membership fee has been paid, join the portal via the Branch link.
You will gain access to this link once your payment has been processed. It will also be emailed to you (please check your junk/spam folder).
Important: Make sure you are logged into your Manchester City account before clicking the link.

4. If you would like to join the members-only WhatsApp groups,
the links can be found on the MEMBERS ONLY WHATSAPP GROUPS page via the menu.

5. After paying your membership and joining the portal,
you will have access to the members-only areas on the website. This includes ticket bidding, events, donated tickets, and club merchandise.
